What app will raise the volume on my ringtones, and notifications past what the phone has built in?
There isnt any application that can increase the preset maximum volume level, are you having issues with volume? This would be suprising because after the 2.2 update my volume has been incredibly load and clear, have you checked all your volumes because the device has a number of them in more than one place... Check out Audio Manager from teh market because this app will allow you to see all the volume settings in one place.
