I downloaded Disney's movie from genuine digital copy and wouldn't play. "Acquiring license," then stop playing. I contacted both Samsung and Disney.
Samsung; contact Disney because this movie is license protected.
Disney; contact Samsung because this device must be both plays-for-sure compatible and needs to accept Digital Rights Management keys.
What should I do this point?

Are you using a PC or a Mac? If you are using a PC I believe you need to use WMP to port over the video in order to have the proper keys to play the video. If you are using a Mac then it will never play on an Android device as Apple is subjective to their Fair Play limited to their devices(iPod, iPad, iPhone).
