I managed to spill water on my screen. Honestly maybe a few drops, the phone was not drenched. Now my touch screen is almost unresponisive or it moves as if I am constantly sliding my finger all over the phone. The water stiker in the battery area is still white with red X's. The water also never hit the battery. How can I fix this? I just want my phone to respond as it used to and always has.

Hi nicolecl191! So sorry to hear about your phone. The description you provided about what led up to the behavior of your phone suggests water damage one or more of those drops may have migrated into the phone along the rim of the touch screen. Not sure at this point. Have you tried resetting the phone at all?
