What is Ringbacks?

Ringback tones are music (or other sounds, I think) that play for someone calling you instead of the standard ringing sound.  These usually need to be set up through Verizon (though you may be able to do it through one of their apps) as they are not directly associated with your phone, but are instead a service feature.
