I am trying to set up my verizon cloud account, and as soon as I hit Get Started an error message pops up. It just says that an error occurred, and Code:0 is the code it gives. Ughhh!
This is very strange SMcKinnis! Let's explore options to resolve this issue! First step is to delete the application (Verizon Cloud), power your phone off/on, then download and install application again. Keep us posted.
