I am having the same problem! Not receiving important texts...."messaging has stopped" issue. And, yesterday, a friend tried to call me and got a message that I could not be reached (instead of my voice mail).

HELP!

Oh no! I apologize for the issues you had with the messaging application ejsk. Let's get those messages going again.  Are you using the stock application? If so, please reset the application Reset App - DROID Mini / DROID Ultra / DROID Maxx by Motorola and test your messages again. Does anyone else have issues reaching your voicemail? Please make sure Call Forwarding is Disabled Enable/Disable Call Forwarding
