What's included in the DROID Multimedia Station (Dock)?

Regarding the DROID Multimedia Station:

Verizon Website says. . . .

"Displays photos, movies, weather, time, album art. and more. Plays music, alarm clock and charges! Includes charger too!"

Motorola Website says . . .

"Turns your DROID by Motorola into a multimedia experience and doubles as a charger.  Displays photos and movies, plays music, and works as an alarm clock.  Syncs your media to your PC via USB cable (included)"

This would seem to imply . . .

1) No external speakers

2) No external output port other than the 3.5mm jack on phone

3) The "charger" is just a USB cable that plugs into a PC for charging or into the USB enabled outlet block.

4) However, the outlet block is not included and not sold separately.

Can anyone confirm this?  Specifically, if the multimedia station is being purchased for use on a night stand, will be able to charge it via wall socket with what is included?
