I reviewed the new incredible the 1st day it came out and it still has not posted to the reviews. Do they select what they want up depending on how you rate something. As my review was honest about my phone and my dealings with the tech support, as I was elevated to the second tier of tech support and was never called back by them as promised. Still have issues with signal (3g, 1x and no service) in an area they state is full of digital service. Between htc and Verizon they need to get busy, and Verizon needs to post all reviews no matter what.
Are you basing, "Full Digital" based on the coverage map?? The map shows there is digital available. Not the degree of service. Where I live it shows digital coverage, but it drops occasionally.
just basing on what the techs have stated after doing a slew of test, reboots and dialing certain numbers togive them info and changing settings on the phone so they could pull info. My biggestcomplaint is that i posted a review about what i liked and disliked about the phone so others could be aware of possible problems. There is some ## number you can dial and get signal data in dbs or something like that and my numbers are well off everywhere in the town i live in. even drove to a larger city and checked without any better data. used my old omnia and my wifes blackberry curve 8350. the omnia is a piece of junk in my book but the signal data is much stronger.
