When i speak to text the words are wrong

When i go into email and press the speak to email function its not understanding my words. this used to work. is there anyway to reset its library?

So i have figured out that the recognition software appears to be stuck on Spanish of some sort.  The output looks like Spanish and when i speak my pidgin Spanish to it it recognizes about 2/3 or the words. any help would be great.

If you need to change the language all you have to do is activate voice command and while the popup shows with the mic on the screen, press menu button / Settings and select the option that says Language..
