Where is the option to "Train Voice" for voice recognition?

When I first set up my DX, I went through a process of dictating words & numbers into the phone to "train" to my voice. For the life of me I can't find this option. A friends just bought a DX and is wanting to go through this process.

Where is the option to do that?   Thanks

launch voice control

then when the system says say a command

hit the menu key and choose settings and then adaption
