Had the HTC eris, however the 2.1 update wiped out the phone functions, so Verizon sent a Motorola droid. GUESS WHAT? The certified phone was junk. Now awaiting another CERTIFIED DROID PHONE and another 2 days of dealing with the junk ERIS. Will it ever end!
Could be just the luck of the draw.Hopefully your next Eris will be better.
Nope I had the same issue as you with the eris and now im on the droid after a week of use my new doid "ceritified" droid will be in tomorrow.
