JERETH82-

While the Droid Red Eye is pretty awesome, I'm sure it's frustrating that it's the only item your phone will display. I'm here to help. Since you have cleared the cache, let's try putting the phone in safe mode. Here are the steps for booting up the phone in safe mode while the phone is unresponsive or will not fully power on: http://vz.to/2ceB1Da. If the phone does not power on into safe mode, the next step is going to be a factory reset which can be preformed by following this link: http://vz.to/2cF6ySz. Please let us know if you need any additional help!

I have tried clearing the cache partition and don't want to do a factory reset if I don't have to due to losing photos, etc.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
