Why don't my phone work?

I called the *228 number 3 times.   I have  auto pay. still wont let me call anyone.  its been 3 days. help?

What kind of phone do you have and what does it say when you try to make a call?

I would suspect that the OP has one of the Droid Incredible models since that's where they posted their question.

Oops! Fair enough. I missed that part. Still would be helpful to know what the error is that they're getting when making a call though...

Worty, please remember *228 send on 4G devices will not work. Instead try removing and replacing the SIM card on your phone.
