Why won't Bluetooth turn on?

Just got the HTC DROID Incredible 2 yesterday.  Go to "Turn on Bluetooth" checkbox under Wireless & network settings, and will not turn on for some reason.  Go into Bluetooth settings, and also try to turn on Bluetooth there, and will not allow me to check the checkbox.  Am I missing something ????

I try restarting my phone and it usually works.  Try that and see how it works.  Have you tried added a bluetooth widget to turn on your bluetooth?

If you swipe left a couple of screens, there is a power widget that has a Bluetooth toggle. Will that work?
