Why would a website lock up the Droid (s)

I just built a new website for a client and hosted it with Go Daddy for them. They are LIVID because the site Locks up their droid, but no other site seems to do that. . .?

 

It makes no sense to me, it's a 350mb site, heavy in jpg and photos. Any suggestions?

can you share the web site url ?  What Web browser are they using?
