My Moto Droid says it's connected to my home network via Wi Fi, but when I look at my home network to see the connected devices, it's not connected. Since it's not connected I can't enjoy Wi Fi. Using Netgear wireless router. All of my other devices connect without a problem - laptops and gaming systems.
I just got my droid almost a month ago and I was having problems connecting to wifi inside my house. Every other device would connect w/o a problem. I decided to change the security password on the router (just to change it) and the droid finally connected using the new password. Now I use wifi when I'm at home instead of 3G. Not sure why just changing the password allowed my droid to connect, but it did. I have a Linksys. GL!
Thanks for your reply. I was all set to reset the password, when all the sudden the Moto Droid connected has stayed connected. I wonder if I happened to drop it and it shifted something internally which allowed it to connect?
