Widgets on home screen will not move; other widgets size small

The Contatcts and bullseye widget on the home screen moved to the right side of the phone and will not vibrate in order to move them back.  Phone remains in the original spot along the bottom.  When I touch the Bullseye and open up to the  Apps screen, all the widgets are small and squished together.  How do I get things back to the way they were?

Are you using ADW? If so you need to click the Left Menu / More / Unlock Desktop, if you are using another laucher please share more info..
