Would you trade your Bionic for a Droid Razr?

If Motorola/Verizon finally figured out that they angered users by bringing out an improved phone (Razr) over their heavily hyped  and heavily flawed flagship phone (Bionic) just outside of the return period, would you consider returning your Bionic for a free Razr?

Based on the premise of the question...

I have an odd fascination with peoples' desire to pose rhetorical questions based on a completely moot point. What in your psyche will be satisfied by the (naturally) collective "HELL YEAH!" group of answers to a situation that will never happen?

(I'll be happy for Verizon to prove me wrong...:smileyvery-happy:)

Given how badly flawed the Bionic's network access is, and given how close on its heels the RAZR is, my question would be: "Why would you trade your Bionic for a RAZR?"

If anything, I'd either go to an upcoming phone like the Galaxy Nexus, or wait for Moto to get its act together on firmware before trusting them on another phone purchase.

I would not. Why? No removable battery.. I have a spare battery and I love having 12 hrs plus on my bionic with two standard batteries. You cant do that with the razor. Also the thing i super skinn.. I mean sure i hear its keblar and all that.. but its to thin for my taste. Also 300 dllrs?WHAT LOL are you crazy? I just paid 300 for my bionic.. I am NOT about to spend another 300 for a razor.. IMO 300 is overpriced..

The battery life will be the killer with the Razr. Why they didn't enable a swappable or heavy duty battery is beyond me. The power output of the sealed battery is essentially the same as the stock battery with the Bionic. Thus it's reasonable to assume the battery life will be the same or worse. Despite what they say, my experience shows the OLED display uses more power...at least comparing battery life on my Bionic to that of my Charge. I'm not sure if that power management feature of the Razr will really be that different that it will enable an improved battery life.

Just look at the complaints now that people are using their IPhone4S. People are not happy with the reduced battery life compared to the Iphone4 and no means of swapping batteries. Past Iphones have been good enough with battery life so as not to get users too upset with the inability to change batteries.

If you have a sealed battery, you better be certain the battery life is great!

Ummmm... Depends on if the Razr actually gets 4g more reliably than the Bionic does. Or actually switch to 3g if it looses 4g. I have the Bionic as a personal phone and a Droid X as a work phone. Prior to the Bionic update I had very few 4g problems. Now it seems like I am loosing all data and even missing calls/texts on a frequent basis. I have been very patient up to today. I am really fed up with the whole Bionic fiasco right now. My problem is that I have the hdmi dock, standard dock, car mount, and three cases for this phone. I really don't want to have to replace all those again.

Is anyone else having connectivity issues with their Bionic?  I will recharge my Bionic at night and, when I start it up in the morning, I'll have no signal.  The only way to get a signal is to power down the phone and remove the battery.  When I restart, I'll finally have a signal.  This fix is getting pretty old.

Yes, I would trade my Bionic for a Razr. My Bionic is practicully new considering that its in a protected case. The only thing I don't have is the box that comes with it. I'll throw in the case that I bought for it for a same condition Razr if anyone is interested.
