Yahoo email was fine until yesterday!

I bought my Droid X the first day it was out. I upgraded to 2.2 last week. My Yahoo email was fine. I had it set to fetch every 15 minutes and all was good.

Yesterday I noticed I didn't get any Yahoo email after 6 AM. My settings didn't change. I got home and noted lots of email. I changed my settings to ":smileytongue:ush" but still do not get any email until I refresh. I tred setting back to fetching every 15 minutes but still have the same problem.

Nothing else has changed on the phone. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Check to see which battery mode your device is set to. To set this setting follow these steps: menu> settings> battery manager> battery mode. There should be three options:

 

  1. Performance
  2.  Nighttime save
  3. Maximum saver
*The Maximum saver option can cut off data connections periodically.

I am having the same issue. I checked my battery and it is on performance mode. Any ideas?

I have had exactly the same problem. Up until this past Saturday all my email was coming on queue. The system went dead on Saturday, and at one point I was not even able to access Google. My email is being delivered sporadically and most of it is not getting delivered. I had the same 15 minute setting and had it being pushed. My Battery Mode was set at "Nighttime saver", but ironically, that is when I would be getting mail ........help
