i have added advanced calling today to both mine and my husbands phones. we are having issues using the feature. it says cannot accept video calls at this time. any help appreciated. getting very frustrated.

If both phones have advanced calling enabled, and you are in an area with a strong 4G LTE signal, then the video calling *should* work.
Thanks. We figured it out. We were trying to start it out on the WiFi but you can't do it that way. You have to start on 4g and then switch to WiFi.
