alarm volume so low!

why is this!? everything is on HIGH setting and its still is low!! any ideas?

I had the same problem when I was using a ring tone that came with my X. I downloaded a ringtone from zedge and now it's so loud it scares me in the morning. Don't know if that helps.

Make sure you have the Volume "Use increasing volume" checked.  It causes it to start beyond low and takes forever to get to a high volume that would wake anyone up.
