audible selection

The audible selection on my moto droid just stopped working for no reason, does anyone have any ideas.

Do you mean that it doesn't make any sounds when you touch the screen?? Go into settings>Sound & Display , and make sure "audible selections" is checked. Also, make sure the phone isn't in "silent mode".
