battery drain

Hi There,

Can anyone help me?   This just started, i have something on my phone that is apparently draining my battery super fast while it is idle.  I have it even on maximum battery saver and the data Saver is on.   Thank you,  Michelle

Hi michellep63,

The battery is the heart of your phone, I can see how inconvenient it is when it drains quickly. Typically a conflicting 3rd party application is the cause for unusually short battery life. I recommend removing the most recently installed applications and test. Once you identify the offending application, just remove it for good.
