the battery on my droid ultra completely drained last night and I plugged it in to the wall charger this morning and it is not responding. Has anyone let their battery drain all the way ans had issues getting it to charge? It has been plugged in for about 30 minutes and the screen is black and the device will not turn on.
thanks!

ddvh, let's bring life back to that device. I recommend that you allow it to charge for approximately 15 more minutes until the battery charging icon populates on your screen. If the device still does not power on, you will need to press/hold the power and volume up button to reboot your device. Keep us posted. We're here to further assist you if needed.

This has happened on my Razr Maxx what happens is the phone went into a deep discharge cycle, put your phone on the charger and charge it for at least 6 to 8 Hours you can check it in 4 hours by tapping the power button as I have with my Razr's but let it continue charging up the time I suggested..
Hope that Helps.. Let me know how it Turns out.. b33
