black screen with Bootloader 2c.6c Program usb....What does this mean?

When i turn the phone on I get the above message plus battery ok. Can anyone tell me how this can be fixed? TY

NM....fixed itself somehow. Phone is back up and running.

I found some information regarding the issue that you're having with your device.

Try restarting your device over and over until it boots. This could take sometime.

If you do have a successful boot, try a factory reset to fix any corruption in the boot files.
