what is blinking triangle at top? I believe it's related to roaming but I don't know how to get rid of it.

Knowing what icons show up on your phone is definitely important! I will be delighted to shed some light!
Ususually Roaming has an "R" by the signal bars. If the Triangle is on the left side of the status bar it usually means there is some type of error. If you pull the notification bar down it will tell you what the error is for!
