when I go to my browser you can see the search line and the rest is like a blank page over it, and I cannot get the blank page to go away. when I arrow down and up you can see the page, but only in the small space on top where the search line was. so it is like the browser page has a blank page on top of it.
i'm also having this problem. it actually looks as though there's a large blank page over the webpage. i can see a sliver of the webpage at the bottom. for a short time there was a small Vios ad, but now it's gone.
Make sure that you have the most recent update on the device.
From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Touch About Phone
Touch System Updates
Try powering the phone off then back on. Then dialing *228 send and option 1 on the device.
Then open the default browser and reset it to default settings.
