cannot retrieve voicemail??

just yesterday when I tried to retrieve my voicemail, my phone says "please enter your password" and I already have so I enter it again and the same thing happens.   It's almost like it does'nt recognize that I've touched the screen and entered a series of numbers, but yet I can dial out to make a call......confused.

any suggestions???

Let's see what's causing the problem! Which device do you have? Do you have an alternate phone available? If so, please attempt to access your voicemail from the alternate phone in an effort to see if you can successfully access your voicemail. Please share the results, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
