cannot view videos

I am able to  video  but when I try and view my video, I get nothing. It shows what I tapped, I tap on the arrow a box opens and I tap view. My screen then goes black. Nothing.

Am I doing something wrong??

alot of are having media playback issues and about 10 people will say do a factory reset but in my case it didnt help much and the issues persist with photos mp3's and video ....but we have to wait for the update....which comes out when verizon feels like apparently

Pull your battery and try it again.

And Motorola does the updates not VZW.

it does work only temporarily though have done this multiple times

Motorola writes the software fixes and updates but they have to be approved by Verizon and its then released on the Verizon network. Motorola can release a fix but its up to Verizon to actually release and send it ota to your phone.
