From the new phone dial *228 send, and choose option 1 and follow the recorded prompts. if that doesnt work, you will have to call from a diferent phone to activate it. customer care is *611 or 800-922-0204.
make sure old phone is off, 228/1 like above but you will still need the phone password to activate & the esn must be clear.
the phone pw is not the same as myverizon pw unless you set them up the same.
my phone pw is different than myverizon or dealing with cs.

Just log in and at the bottom there's an option to activate a phone, choose it and follow the prompts!
