I would be glad to help. I'm sure together we can get this resolved quickly. Please clarify how you computer used to see the Incredible.
Was it a Wifi connection? Are you connecting the Incredible to the computer with a USB cable? Have you tried a different USB port? If so is the droid in mass storage mode? Here's a link to turn on mass storage: http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=31795
Are you using the same cable? Please remove the battery from the Incredible. Leave it out for approximately 15 seconds and reinsert then retest.
