connecting a wireless printer to my computer thru my 4G LTE.

Hi!  I am new to wireless internet. Can i connect my laptop to my wireless printer thru my 4G LTE wireless device?  My printer shows the device name, but I don't know why it isn't recognizing my laptop since I use it daily for internet.
