Here is something interesting. Sometimes when I connect my Charge to my PC via USB it opens up the autoplay screens to allow me to open the the folders directly in both the internal SD and the external SD. Sometimes it just stalls or looks for a driver. I just narrowed it down to the USB cord. When I use the cord that came with my Charge it stalls and won't work. If I use the cord that came with my Samsung Galaxy S it works perfectly every time making it really easy to move files back and forth.

Went to install it. System says it is already installed. Went ahead to reinstall three times and PC crashed (Blue screen) about 3/4 way through the installs.

Here are some other thoughts:
Connect the phone DIRECTLY to the computer; do not use a hub or other intermediate device.
Try ALL USB ports on the computer.
Check USB Settings on the phone; make sure the "Mass storage" or "Ask on connection" setting is checked. Remember you can't access these settings while a USB cable is attached to the phone.

Red98,
Thank you for your testing with the OEM USB cable. I will submit this for feedback to find any patterns and potential concerns in that product.
I appreciate it! Have a great day!
