I am having a difficult time with the connection of 3G.  I have full signal, but I don't have the connection.  I've resetted my phone 4 times and did an update on it and briefly it'll show the 3G icon but then it'll disappear.  I've had nothing but problems on this phone and I have had this phone for less than a year.  This is a replacement phone.  Another thing is that I keep on getting duplicate text messages.  Has this issue been resolved?  I am getting extremely annoyed.  What can I do about the connection problem?

Just to verify, have you dialed *228, option 1 to reprogram the phone to the Verizon Wireless network and then dialed *228, option 2 to update your PRL (Preferred Roaming List)?

Ela i would do this if the suggestions don't solve the issue.  if you can do another exchange on this phone call customer service an see if they can send you out a replacement phone or a different one out to you by overnight express or if that can't happen tell them the problem you having an see if they can do a factory reset with you to solve the issue.
