The screen on my droid is incredibly sensitive. For example, when I am on a call, even without anything touching the screen, the phone starts apps, stops my call, goes to contacts, etc. What can I do??

When on a call using the Motorola Droid certain motions are picked up by the accelerometer. When the phone is moved away from the face the key pad is illuminated. Buttons can then be activated at that time. If sudden head movements are made, that may cause the accelerometer to illuminate the screen.
You would not be able to adjust that with the settings menu.
You can adjust the basic screen settings.
From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Select from below options, adjust as needed.
