Plug the phone in the usb port on your computer. On the phone pull down the notifications screen and you will see a number of choices. Charging the phone will be the default. Select the third option, use the phone as a disk drive. Then hit done at the bottom. The phone will then mount as a drive on your desktop. Double click on it and you will see all the folders on your SD card. Open the one titled "DCIM" - that's where your pictures will be. Then it's a simple task of dragging them to the computer or iPhoto. You can also add photos to the phone to view in Gallery or the photo album widget by dragging them from your computer to this file. Once you've finished be sure and unmount the drive icon before you unplug the phone.
