Hi vantech,
I regret to learn that you did not receive a call back and are having issues with the screen on your device being unresponsive. I can assist you with some troubleshooting.
Is this happening with all functions you perform on your phone? If not, do you notice a pattern as to when this is happening?
Is the keyboard responding?
How long have you had the phone, (listed as a Droid X)?
I would like to ask you to complete a soft reset of the device. You will not lose your data with this reset.
-While the phone is powered on, remove the battery
-Wait 60 seconds
-Re-attach the battery
-Power the phone on
Please post back if you are still having these issues. We want to make sure your device is functioning properly.
Thank you!
