I didn't download or change any settings. One day when I tried accessing my corporate or personal e-mail accounts, the screen showed the account but immediately went back to "messaging" screen.
Please help, our IT folks don't understand the problem and it's only happening on my [phone.
Touchdown continues to work as always- it syncs and displays messages
