the charging port came out when i was unplugging it. and now verizon wont do nothing about it DON'T USE VERIZON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry! I don't want you to lose faith in Verizon Wireless! Was the phone dropped at all while the charger was plugged in? Was there any other damage to the phone? How long have you had it for? Let us know so we can find an option for you!
