droid mini not recieving texts

Hello,

My husband is not receiving texts on his droid mini, no matter where he is.  I even test at home, where two other phones with Verizon service are receiving texts and his phone does not.  We've checked all setting and restarted the phone, no luck.  He is able to make and receive phone calls. Zip code is 18428

I understand the importance of making sure that you stay communicated via text Rachel1474. It does seem like there is something going on with his phone since other people can text just fine. What application is he using for text? I don't see any outages yet. When did this start? Is he able to browse the web?
