some pictures open fine and some are just a gray/white screen, how do i fix this?

The Droid X is one of my all time favorite smartphones! It was one of the first 4.3 inch screens on the market as well as its 1 GHz processor makes it a top contender in the wireless world! As bearone21 asked, may I ask are these pictures that were taken with the camera on the device? If not then where did the pictures original from? Some troubleshooting steps I recommend would be a battery pull and check for any liquid or physical damage. Also, please confirm that the memory card doesn’t have any damage and is securely in the memory card slot. Once you have done so, try to move the picture(s) from the memory card to the device memory or vice versa. I look forward to hearing from you and your findings.
