I'm not sure what that previous "HELP" was all about ... I read that answer on how to SYNC CONTACTS,, not Calendar as the OP asked for help on. It;'s very easy . Here's the "HOW TO" for syncing your Calendar ... just follow the steps, including downloading the requisite s/w that must be installed on your PC ..

Thank you for your inquiry. A way you can do Sync Outlook 2010 is after you have you have setup your Google email, export your current contact list via Outlook as a .CSV file. Afterward, import them into Google. There is an option in Google to do perform this task. The Droid X will default your contacts as it does not have a group option. When you have completed this step, go into your Google Calendar settings and set up for mobile. You will be asked for your mobile cell number information. As part of this process, download and install the "SYNC" software from Google.
Once it has been installed, you can configure it for auto-sync or do it manually on your computer/ device.
