i am having a problem with ringtones and the music playing. All of a sudden the music and my ringtones will stop working and i have to restart my phone for them to work. when i try and play them it says sorry can not play that format even thou it was working before and they music and rintones were DL from the android market
This is a known issue on the Motorola support site. You will just have to live with it until Mototolla decides to fix it. This phones software is broken and the factory reset will not work. I have done it step by step twice. This is a horrible software update and Verizon and Motorola are doing nothing to rectify the issue.
