I have a droid phone and have had horrible issues with people not able to hear me. Connection issues etc. I have traded it in for a replacement 2x the first barely over 1 month of getting my 1st. and have had the same issue every time. I am in the Spfld, MO area is there something wrong here or is this a problem all over?
It sounds like an issue with reception in your area though, if your phone is showing good signal, it is possible that you downloaded a bad app that is causing this issue. If you are installing the same apps everytime you get a replacement, the same issues will just keep popping up. I would suggest updating your roaming capabilities first, call *228, select option 2 and see if that helps. If not, maybe go through your apps, uninstall any you don't need or use. If you continue to experience issues, you may need to do a factory data reset (menu>settings>privacy>factory data reset). This will clear every thing off your phone except what is saved on your sd card. All your apps will probably re-install, which may throw a monkey wrench in your trouble-shooting, but it's worth a shot. But, then again, maybe reception just sucks in your area.
