Newbie here so please be kind! Perhaps a bit off topic but I think my problems are related to wireless.
Traveling in Europe and upgraded wireless service for international calling and data. Now I have no email access. Says the settings are incorrect. I did not change anything there. The real problem is I have no access to any of my verizon email via verizon web access. I can access my account but cannot open any email. Page just freezes when trying to load. I suspect the issue is related to my wireless changes since nothing else has occured with my service. Sub accounts are functioning properly and have email access.
I was able to place a phone call or two in Spain and I did receive a text message from vodaphone when I arrived. but I have no email access either on my phone or computer...
PITA...any thoughts are appreciated. Off to see Barcelona...will check in later.
