It was fine last night on both personal and corp email, this AM no joy unless I refresh!
Really don't want to do a factory reset and loose everything. I have had the phone less than a month!
Steps to resolve issue with e-mail not syncing via push.
Delete all e-mail accounts on your droid phone first.
Goto Settings --> Applications --> Manage Applications --> Select the e-mail program and clear the Cache
Once the you have cleared the cache for the application you can then configure your e-mail accounts back on the phone.
This should fix synching issues with e-mail accounts.
I have the same problem, I am being told that I have to reset phone to factory defaults before I remove the account. That is the only way. I too have only had my phone for a month. I get my Facebook notifications, just not email.
Had the same issue after about 3 days.....Tech support adv to do a soft reset (R&R the battery) which worked and I didnt lose all the saved material.
I have had my phone since November 2010, and I am just now experiencing problems with my email messages not coming through. Yesterday my gmail account wasn't working, and today my other email account had the same problem, it would not synch. I took the battery out each time and it corrected the problem. I do not want to have to do this each time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent it?
If you do a factory reset are you able to get back everything you had on your phone prior to the reset?
