Starting last week when I ask for my email it tries to refresh but say I have incorrect username or password. visit setting to correct. I have changed nothing on my aol account in several years and don't see what I need to do in the setting area. Facebook seems to be working correctly. text message works okay. I am sure someone knows the answer.
Hello tooold. If the issue persists, I would recommend to delete the AOL account then add it back on. Follow the steps below to delete this account:
1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
2. Touch My Accounts.
3. Touch and hold the AOL account.
4. Select Remove account.
5. Select Yes.
Once removed, reset the device by powering off the device and remove the battery. Place the battery back in and power on the device. Then add the e-mail account again.
