emails on the moto Droid

My email account wont send and recive?? how do I fix this???

I've only had this happen a couple times, but deleting the account and re-configuring it have worked for me.

I've had my email accounts disappear before but under the accounts section they were still there. I did the same and deleted and the reconfigured my account and it worked like new.
