i'm seeing a large charge on my bill for 700.00 and it states equipment charge. We recently had to get a replacement phone for my husband since his phone was broken and damaged. why am I getting this charge now ?

I know it is very concerning seeing a large charge on your bill. If you recently received a replacement and did not return the defective device, a non return fee may be applied to your account.
