error message please help/ virus?

how do i reset phone?

i think the app tturbo droid is a virus, i tried uninstalling this and the error message wont stop popping up.. what should i do??

• Turn the power off. If your HTC DROID Incredible is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
• Hold the Volume Down button
• Press and release the Power button
• You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
• Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
• Press and release the Power button
• Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

There is not an option for Clear Storage. Do you have any other recommendations?

mficarra315 and beatgirl, if you can access the phone's menu you can factory reset the Incredible 2 by going the preferred steps.  I am including a link with instructions how to factory reset your device below:
